About Us

Potato Corner is brought to British Columbia by G&C Foods Inc. – a collaboration of the Garcia and Cauton families. The Garcias operate businesses in various fields in the Philippines including 11 restaurants (5 Max’s Restaurants; 6 Pancake House outlets). Their first foray in the Canadian food industry was in 2011 with Max’s Restaurant in Kingsway, Vancouver. The Cauton’s on the other hand operates several boutique hotels in the Philippine’s hot spots like Bohol, Dumaguete & Palawan.

2020 marked the first store of Potato Corner in British Columbia. Customers will find it at 3544 Kingsway Unit 2, Vancouver with the second store at Surrey Central Mall, 10153 King George Blvd, Surrey. 2023 marked the 3rd store at Aberdeen Centre, 4151 Hazelbridge Way, Richmond. A couple more stores and food trucks are lined up to open in 2022 and 2023. We will paint the town green with all the Potato Corner stores we will open.
